LotLister Terms of Service

Last updated October 21, 2026 · Terms · Privacy

These terms are an agreement between you and LotLister ("we", "us"), the maker of LotLister. By installing LotLister, starting a subscription, or using a license key, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use LotLister.

1. What LotLister is

LotLister is a Chrome extension. It reads the vehicle inventory on the dealership website you give it, fills in Facebook Marketplace listings from your own browser and your own Facebook account, keeps those listings up to date, and, if you turn it on, answers Marketplace messages for you to set appointments. Everything runs on your computer, under your accounts.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and use LotLister for your work selling vehicles. You promise that your dealership allows you to advertise its vehicles, to use its vehicle photos and descriptions, and to read its website this way. If your dealership tells you to stop, you'll stop.

3. Facebook and other companies

LotLister is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Meta, Facebook, Google, Stripe, any vehicle manufacturer, or any dealer website provider. Facebook's rules (including its Terms and Commerce Policies) apply to your account and your listings, and Facebook may limit, review, or remove listings or accounts at any time, including because of automated activity. You use LotLister on your accounts at your own risk. We are not responsible for anything Facebook or any other company does to your account.

4. Your listings and your messages

5. Subscription and billing

6. Your license

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use LotLister while your subscription is active. Your key works on up to 2 computers. Don't share or resell your key, copy or resell LotLister, take it apart to get around the subscription, or use it to send spam or to break anyone's rules. We may suspend a key that's being misused.

7. Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains what LotLister keeps on your computer and the little it sends to us.

8. No guarantees

LotLister is provided "as is". Facebook and dealer websites change often, and a change can break LotLister until we update it. We don't promise it will work without interruption, post every vehicle, or get you any number of leads, appointments or sales.

9. Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, account restrictions or bans, fines, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total responsibility for any claim about LotLister is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against us because of your listings, your messages, your use of your dealership's content, or your breaking these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

11. Ending

You can stop anytime by canceling and uninstalling. We may suspend or end your access if you don't pay, misuse LotLister, or if continuing would put us at legal risk. Sections 3, 4, 8, 9, 10 and 12 still apply after it ends.

12. The rest

These terms are governed by the laws of New York. Before going to court, contact us and we'll try to work it out. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in LotLister before it applies.
