This policy explains what information LotLister, made by LotLister, handles and why. Short version: almost everything stays on your computer. We receive only what we need to run your subscription and to show you how it's doing.

What stays on your computer

LotLister stores these in Chrome's storage on your computer only. It does not send them to us:

• the dealer inventory it reads (vehicles, prices, photos, offers) and your listing history;
• your settings, description templates and offers;
• Marketplace conversations the chatbot reads, and the names, phone numbers and appointment times buyers give;
• the activity log.

LotLister never reads or stores your Facebook password. It works inside the Facebook tabs you're already signed in to. Uninstalling LotLister deletes this information from your computer.

What we receive

• Subscription: your license key, and the email and billing status Stripe gives us when you subscribe.
• Computer check: a random ID made by LotLister for each computer, and the LotLister version, so a key can't be shared beyond 2 computers.
• Account summary: your name, your dealership's name and website, and counts: appointments booked, cars on the lot, cars posted, live and sold, and whether posting and the chatbot are on. These are numbers, not the buyers or vehicles themselves. We use them to support you and to show how LotLister is working for you.
• Help messages: only when you send one with LotLister's Help button: your message, the email you give us, your license key, LotLister version and dealership website, and, if you leave that box checked, your recent activity log with every chatbot line taken out. We use them to answer you and fix the problem, and delete them after 90 days.
• Payments: Stripe handles your card. We never see the full number. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what it collects.

We never receive buyer names, phone numbers or messages.

How we use it

To run and bill your subscription, stop key sharing, give support, fix problems and improve LotLister. We don't sell your information, don't use it for advertising, don't use it to decide credit, and don't share it except with the companies that run LotLister for us (Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for our server) or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

While your subscription is active, and up to 12 months after it ends (longer only if tax or other laws require records). Email walter@lotlister.app to see or delete what we have about you; we'll answer within 30 days.

Security

Information we receive is sent over HTTPS and stored with Cloudflare. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we collect small on purpose.

Children

LotLister is for working adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in LotLister before it applies.
